But when the owner gave him to PETA, who found him a new home, everything changed-and Buster's new guardian caught an inspiring moment when he greeted him at the door .

In his new home in Virginia, Buster has a soft and warm bed to go to sleep, and a guardian to make sure he never again falls in chains.
